John Norton is the Chief Operating Officer of International CoSourcing Group.  John began his career as the New York based operations analyst for a consortium of preeminent European shipping concerns. Over time, John was posted to various continental port cities to study inter-modal operations. From there John moved onto the business management side of magazine publishing, with senior marketing and operations positions at The New Yorker, Foreign Affairs, and Harvard Monthly. 

John’s publishing ventures culminated in the acquisition of and full-time management as Group Publisher of twelve regional newspapers and ancillary magazines. John and his partners sold the company and its subsidiary businesses after five years and a six-fold increase in revenues to a national newspaper chain. Since the sale John has participated as principal managing partner in two highly successful ventures in the energy field and medical services. 

John is a frequent guest lecturer at the Radcliff / Harvard Publishing Seminar and is a former director of the Westchester/Putnam County Economic Development Council
